Morning Stretching Routine: Start Your Day with Energy and Flexibility
A morning stretching routine is an excellent way to awaken your body, improve circulation, and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. 1. Wake Up Gently

7. Sun Salutation
Finish your morning stretching routine with a simple sun salutation. Stand tall, reach your arms up towards the sky, and as you exhale, fold forward, bending your knees if necessary. Step back into a plank or kneeling plank position and lower your body to the ground, perform a gentle cobra or upward-facing dog stretch, and then push back into downward-facing dog. Repeat the sequence five times, focusing on connecting your breath with the movements.
